Working Moulds

Our product portfolio offers mould material for working moulds made of plaster and resins, for example gypsum for RAM presses with a high water removal and absorption capability given above-average surface hardness and low expansion. In addition, our Gil Resin types offer “tailor-made pores”. Our porous pressure casting resins significantly improve the productivity in slip pressure casting.

 
 As Dur AB  Press moulding gypsum with high absorption capacity for the RAM-press system
 As Dur K  Press moulding gypsum with enhanced surface hardness for the RAM-press system
 Sanicast MVV  Moulding gypsum for the medium pressure casting process in the sanitary field. Most suitable as well for the manufacturing of large-sized moulds in terra cotta with plastic clay. This synthetic gypsum has a very high hardness and a high scuff resistance, a low expansion and an excellent surface quality
 Sanicast AB 35  Moulding gypsum for the medium pressure casting process in the sanitary field. This product has a high absorption capacity and a low expansion
  
 Gil-Resin T  Porous resin with smaller pore size distribution for high pressure casting in the sanitary- and table ware field
 Gil-Resin TAPorous resin with smaller pore size distribution for high pressure casting in the sanitary- and table ware field
 Gil-Resin S  Porous resin for medium and high pressure castings in the sanitary- and table ware field. Comparativly large pores result in shorter moulding cycles thanks to shorter filtration and body formation times.
